I have had some people turn down working with me one on one because they've said I'm "too expensive." I feel that my prices are very fair considering the time and effort I put into each session, while also making sure that my clients are thoroughly cared for in between their sessions with me. I also have spent a ton of time learning and truly mastering my career path - and am still learning new things to this day.
I based my prices off of my strong educational background, wide range of clientele and work experience, and what I am capable of doing to help you reach your goals mentally and physically. I spent 4 years at a University learning as much as I could about the human body and mind. During that time I also took an additional personal training course and completed two hands on internships - one group fitness and personal training based and one physical therapy based. After I graduated I got four more certifications in corrective exercise, reiki healing, energetic alchemy, and trigger point release while I worked at multiple studios and gyms to gain experience and learn even more while growing my own business on the back end.
In addition, I am always reading, researching, and learning new information and techniques. I am actually in the process of obtaining another certification currently.
I also take on the complicated client cases with medical conditions, muscle imbalances, discomfort, and health issues. I always go the extra mile to ensure my clients are safe, performing their moves properly and with the correct form, and well taken care of outside of their sessions.
I know my worth and to be honest I think that my prices are very fair considering all that I have done to be so educated, to stay educated, how closely I work with each and every one of my clients, and how much I care about the well being of all of them.
