Quick Tip

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive. Staple foods such as beans, rice, & vegetables are the most affordable items in the grocery store. AND buying these in bulk saves even more money!

Each week, I meal prep rice, lentils and/or beans, and vegetables ahead of time. Whenever I’m hungry I throw what I feel like eating on the stove to heat it up for a quick and healthy stir fry. Today I used brown rice, lentils, black beans, water-fried kale, and mushrooms!
