Positive vs. Negative Thoughts

You are not always going to have positive thoughts, so don’t expect yourself to and don’t get frustrated with yourself if negative ones arise.


Instead of suppressing any negative feelings, allow yourself to instead feel them and then once you feel ready LET THEM GO.


This is so much better than holding them all in and pretending that they’re not there. Like I’ve said in previous posts, emotions = energy in motion so move any negative energy out of your body. You can do this by:

  • Water cleansing - drinking lots of water or taking a nice soothing shower

  • Getting some exercise in to move the stagnant energy out

  • Talking it out with a trusted loved one

  • Meditating and focusing on breathing in the good energy and breathing out the bad
