This is a little reminder that in any health or wellness journey, there is no quick fix. The process that works most effectively is usually the slower, sometimes more challenging one. The one that requires tons of dedication & patience. This is the one that is most sustainable in the long run. This is the one that sticks and actually creates change. I’ve had many setbacks during my personal journey, but they’ve only taught me the lessons I needed to learn and I’ve come back even stronger. So no matter where you’re at in your own journey, make sure to be consistent, have patience, and try your best to stay positive throughout the process. You can do this <3
